Quub interior concepts has turned this Netherlands houseboat by h2a into a stunning private residence filled with light, modern furniture and sophisticated design.
The Quub Interior Concepts Houseboat
Located in Arnhem, the two story Quub Interior Concepts houseboat was designed and built by H2A Studio. It’s loaded with light and features a self-sufficient energy system. Built around a central staircase, there’s a view of the river from every single room – even the shower.
The Houseboat (Exterior)
The open floor plan has no interior walls on the lower level except for those created by the stairwell. Sliding walls at the top of the stairs close off the bedroom and shower for privacy.

But it’s the interior decor, functional and custom-built furniture, textiles and lighting from impressive brand names such as Vitra, Luceplan, Classicon, Kvadrat and ARCO combined with a sophisticated color palette that gives the floating home such an appealing feel and attractive style.
